This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. There are nicks and scratches on the surface of the shell and chassis. The shell is very loose from the chassis. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The illumination internally was very dim when the item was tested. The motor also ran slower than it normally should. The instruction manual is included. There is a box included but it is the box for another diesel in this same series.
