Here is a Lionel 6-19158 O Gauge Atlantic Coast Line Aluminum Observation Car #256 from 1996. It is all metal and features lights, operating couplers and diecast trucks.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. There are scratches on the underside and wheel assemblies of this unit. The knuckle couplers show wear. There is a small rust spot on one of the wheel assemblies. The lettering sticker is bubbling and beginning to peel away. The instruction manual is included. The original box is included.
