Here is a Lionel 6-8101 O Gauge Chicago & Alton 4-6-4 Diecast Steam Locomotive & Tender #659. This locomotive headed up the Alton Limited Red Train set from that year. This locomotive and tender features include a diecast boiler and construction, an open frame motor, Magnetraction, an operating smoke unit, an operating headlight, electronic whistle and Sound of Steam, metal wheels, and a great paint scheme.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. The tender has a bent rear step piece. A layer of shelf dust has settle onto the locomotive and tender. The locomotive and tender show scratches and spots of paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is included.
