Description

This is a beautiful 1/4 inch scale 3-rail 4-4-6-4 brass steam locomotive and tender which features smoke, a large motor, and a terrific amount of detail. The tender has realistic coal in the bin tender and a back-up light and brakeman ‘doghouse’. This engine is part of a Limited Edition of 200. Requires 72 inch minimum track diameter. It also has a factory installed QSI electronic reverse and sound system installed. 3rd Rail is a division of Sunset Models and makes a great line of brass locomotives and cars. This is the 3 rail version for use with Lionel, MTH, and other O gauge trains.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. The locomotive has been heavily modified and is non-functional due to the modifications. Please see the repair card for the details of the modifications. The engine is being sold As-Is. There is a large area of coal load missing from the tender that is exposing some inner wiring. A grab-iron piece at the locomotive’s cab entrance is slightly bent. These items show some scratches and spots of paint loss on the shell and chassis. This item has been inspected by our repair shop. Please see the attached picture for inspection details and additional operation information. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is included.
