There’s a barber shop, pool hall and an ice cream and coffee shop and loads of details to help set your scene. Details include bicycles signage, barber shop pole, parlor table and two chairs, flag, awnings, posters, decals and many more! Includes interior lights on both floors and an interior scene. LED lighting – Corner Emporium contains two lower-level white lights and one upper-level green light, each with its own dimmer control. Voltage: 16-20VAC/Current: 90mA maximum. RoHs compliant. This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. There are some signs, a chair and other accessory pieces missing. Some of the window panels are loose. The previous owner has taped a paper flooring to the bottom of the building. The gutter/drain pipe is loose at the bottom. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down. The instruction manual is not included.
