This item has been graded per TCA standards (Restored/Repainted) R-3: Good based on visual appearance. This item has been custom painted by the previous owner. The road number decals on the sides of the locomotive cab are starting to peel. There are light nicks and scratches on the surface of the shell and chassis. The wheels show average run-time.
