This item has been graded per TCA standards (Restored/Repainted) R-1: Poor based on visual appearance. These items have been heavily modified. The previous owner has cut pieces from other units and glued them onto these units. They have also been repainted and the decals have been placed by the previous owner. The items are very sticky from all the glue residue. There are rust markings on these units. The wheels show heavy run-time. There is sticker residue on these items. The overall appearance of these items may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. There are light rub marks and scratches on the surface of the bodies as well as the underframes.
