This item has been graded per TCA standards (Restored/Repainted) R-2: Fair based on visual appearance.There are significant scratches, scuffs and paint wear on this locomotive. The shell of this locomotive is not secured to the chassis. The hand rails are bent out of shape and damaged in some areas. The decals on the sides of this locomotive are worn and damaged, and the cab interior has come loose and is included in the box. This engine would benefit from a thorough cleaning.
