Here is an American Flyer 4615-4 Vintage O Gauge 2-4-2 Steam Locomotive & 3194 Tender. Features include tin-plate construction, metal wheels & axles and a motor.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. Both the locomotive and tender have significant paint wear, revealing bare metal in many spots. The brass and copper accents are tarnished and would benefit from being cleaned and polished. The wheels show light wear from use. The pickups on the underside of the locomotive are more significantly tarnished and would likely benefit from being cleaned. This item failed to run when tested and is being sold as-is.
