This item has been graded per TCA standards C-5: Good based on visual appearance. The surface of this locomotive shows heavy signs of paint wear, chips, and cracking throughout the surface. Brass accents show signs of tarnish and discoloration. The decorative bell is missing the necessary hardware to secure it to the shell. Bulbs are missing and not included. The headlamp housings are heavily zinc rotted and brittle. When tested this item ran well, is slightly sparky, but runs great! Light fixtures are very chipped.
