This is an Aristo-Craft 42117 New Haven C-711 Caboose – Metal Wheels. It is constructed of plastic and features metal grab rails, plastic trucks, interior illumination, metal wheels, and plastic knuckle and latch couplers.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. There are nicks and scratches on the surface of the shell and chassis. The ladders on the ends of the shell are both broken near the top. One of the windows is broken off and missing. There is something loose inside the cabin rattling around, which may be the window. One of the roof hatches is broken off and missing. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The instruction manual is not included.
