This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. The locomotive and tender are undecorated and factory decals are not included. The locomotive’s cab piece is loose and will need to be re-adjusted and aligned firmly into place. The locomotive and tender show scratches and spots of paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down. The instruction manual is included.
