This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. The decorative horns along the roof are missing from the locomotive. There signs of scratches, scuffs & wear in paint along the body. The wheels show average signs of wear. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down. The instruction manual is not included.
