This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. The shell is loose from the locomotive. The handrails show signs of tarnishing & spots of light surface rust. The wheels show average signs of wear. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down.
