This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. There are light nicks and scratches on the surface of the shell and chassis. There are some stains on the roof of the shell. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The item was tested and the motor functioned but the interior illumination and headlamp didn’t turn on. The instruction manual is included.
