Here is a nice Atlas N Scale Indiana Harbor Belt 0-8-0 Steam Locomotive w/ Tender #102 from the early 1970s. This locomotive features a plastic shell, diecast chassis, motor, metal side rods, operating pilot coupler, metal gears, and metal wheels. The locomotive does not have a headlamp. The tender features plastic construction, plastic trucks, a rapido coupler, and metal wheels and axles.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. This item was non-operational when tested and is being sold As-Is. This item appears to have been run, and displays overall signs of previous use. There are various spots of paint loss and scratches on the shell and chassis of this item. The weights on the inside of the tender are loose and move around. The wheels show signs of moderate run-time. The original paint is in great shape, and the unit displays a very good overall finish. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down. The instruction manual is not included.
