These units feature a plastic body construction, an assortment of metal and plastic wheels, diecast and plastic trucks, and an assortment of couplers.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-5: Good based on visual appearance. There is rust present on the underside of some of these units on the base, axles, and couplers. There is a spot of orange paint on the underside of some of the units. The green boxcar has what appears to be touch-up paint on the side of the shell from the previous owner. Some of the roof latch pieces are missing on one of the cars. Many of the trim pieces on the tank cars are broken or missing. One of the tank cars is missing a coupler. There is grime and dust buildup. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The wheels show average run-time. The instruction manual is not included.
