This item has been graded per TCA standards (Restored/Repainted) R-2: Fair based on visual appearance. This item has been custom painted and decorated by the previous owner. There are loose, broken, and missing railings throughout both the locomotive and tender. One of the step pieces is broken and missing from the tender rear. When tested, this item tries to run on both DC and DCC, but barely moves. This item is being sold AS-IS. The original box is not included. The instruction manual is not included.
