This item has been graded per TCA standards (Restored/Repainted) R-2: Fair based on visual appearance. This item has been custom painted and decorated by the previous owner. Some of the railings and grab irons on both the locomotive and tender are loose, broken, or missing. When tested, this items sounds operate on both DC and DCC, however it does not move at all.
