Description

Here is a Balboa 702 BRASS HO Scale AT&SF EMD E-8 A Unit Passenger Diesel. This item features painted brass construction, motor, metal trucks, metal wheels, and operating knuckle couplers. Please see my pictures for additional features.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. This item functioned in DC when tested, however there was very severe stuttering and slowness. There are light rub marks and scratches on the surface of the shell and chassis. There is some minor tarnish spotting the body of this item. Very light fading can be seen on some areas of the surface of this item. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is not included but a substitute box for item 722 is included. Please check the photos for a detailed look at this item. Overall condition is Excellent.
