This item has been graded per TCA standards (Restored/Repainted) R-4: Very Good based on visual appearance. The previous owner placed custom decals on the locomotive and tender. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down. The original box is included.
