This item has been graded per TCA standards C-8: Like New based on visual appearance. There is minimal wear visible on the body of the locomotive and tender. The wheels show very light wear. The instruction manual is not included. The original box, foam and accessories are all included. This locomotive was tested by our staff and found to be fully functional.
