This item has been graded per TCA standards (Restored/Repainted) R-4: Very Good based on visual appearance. This item did not run on the test track. It did not make a noise. This item has been painted and the decals have been done by the previous owner. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. There are light rub marks and scratches on the surface of the shell and chassis. The wheels show average run-time. There are tarnishing signs on this item especially along the underframe. There are paint chippings on this item that show the brass construction. Some of the trim pieces are loose but still intact with the unit. The original box is not included.
