This item has been graded per TCA standards (Restored/Repainted) R-2: Fair based on visual appearance. This unit appears to be custom painted to look like the Athearn 78809 HO Scale Oakway EMD SD-60 Diesel Locomotive #9077. There are some areas on the body of the unit that are sticky. There is paint on some of the wheels. Many of the decals are cracking or out of place. This unit was tested and the forward and reverse units both function. This unit does not have DCC. There is a box included with this unit but it is not the original box. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is not included.
