This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. The green tank car is missing one side of the walkway trim pieces. Some railing trim pieces are bent. There is dust and grime buildup on these units. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning.
