This is an IHC 300-4 O-Gauge Gingerbread Victorian Row House from the YourTown USA series.
It is 1:48 Scale. This item is the fourth house from the left in the picture. It is molded in several colors and no paint is needed to finish. It features super detailed authentic ‘gingerbread’ molding on the parts. These buildings look great in 19th or 20th century settings and can be used separately or in group settings on both flat and hill surfaces. The roof, rear wall and floor are removable for super detailing or display.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. This item shows scratches and paint loss in various areas of the body, detail pieces, and base. This items roof is unattached. This item has been custom painted by the previous owner. This item has had custom window decals added by the previous owner. This item has glue residue on various areas of the body where trim and detail pieces have been glued on. The windows show scratches and dirt. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down. The instruction manual is not included.
