This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. The previous owner added figures inside of the car. There are light rub marks and scratches on the surface of the shell and chassis. There are black and red wires taped to the lighting wires. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down. The instruction manual is not included.
