This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. The car has nicks throughout various sections of the shell. A layer of shelf dust has settled onto the shell. The wheels show frequent run-time with oxidization through out various sections. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is included.
