This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. This crane has been previously assembled. Several decals are flaked and beginning to peel off. The piece that retracts the rope is missing one of the roller wheels. Various sections of the crane show spots where the paint is completely chipped off. The instruction manual is not included.
