This is a Lionel 1033 Vintage O 90 Watt Transformer w/ Whistle from 1948-56. This transformer has a built in whistle and directional controller. It also has fixed voltages of 11 volts, 5 volts, and 16 volts for accessories. This is a great transformer for powering a small layout.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. There are light rub marks and scratches on the surface of the shell and chassis.
