This item has been graded per TCA standards C-5: Good based on visual appearance. There are some nicks and scratches present on both the locomotive and tender. The tender has some damage along the shell. The wheels show average run-time. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down.
