Description

Here is a Lionel 224E Diecast 2-6-2 Steam Locomotive and Tender. It features a diecast boiler, all-metal construction, 3-position E-unit, and an operating headlight. It was not manufactured with a smoke unit. The tender features metal wheels and axles, box coupler, whistle. Please see my pictures for additional features.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. There are several nicks and scratches on the surface of the shell and chassis. There are spots of rust on the trucks and couplers. The tender coupler is missing the hook as well. The wheels show average run-time. Some of the wire hand railings are slightly bent. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The original box is not included. The instruction manual is not included.
