Here is the hard to find Lionel 241 2-4-2 Diecast Scout Engine from 1965-66. It features a plastic scout motor with traction tire and two-position reverse, headlight, smoke unit, green marker lights on front boiler, diecast metal construction, metal wheels & axles.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-5: Good based on visual appearance. This locomotive shows scratches and paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. There is also rust on the chassis, wheels and axels. The previous owner touched up the paint on a few spots of the shell. The metal that goes through the center of the shell is sticking out on one end. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is not included.
