Here is a Lionel 250 Vintage O Pennsy Orange Stripe 2-4-2 Steam Loco with 250T Tender. Locomotive features include a plastic body, motor, operating headlight, a 3 position e-unit, metal side rods and metal wheels. The tender features plastic construction, a rear operating knuckle coupler, plastic trucks and metal wheels and axles.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. This item appears to have been run, and displays overall signs of previous use and storage. There are spots of paint loss and scratches on the shell and chassis of this item. There is discoloration on the chassis of the locomotive and tender. The wheels and electrical pickup show signs of average run-time. The original paint is in great shape, and the unit displays excellent overall finish. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down. The instruction manual is not included.
