Description

This is a Lionel 352 Vintage O Operating Icing Station from 1955-57. The icing station loads small clear plastic ice cubes into specially designed refrigerator cars. You manually load the ice cubes with the loading chute, and then position the reefer car that has a specially designed roof ice hatch. When the little ice man pushes the cube with his paddle, the roof hatch opens on the car, allowing the ice cube to drop in to keep that load of ice in the PFE reefer fresh! It measures 9 inches tall x 11 inches long x 4 inches wide. The remote is not included.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. The remote is not included. The painted lettering is faded. There is rust on the underside of the station. There are scuffs and scratches on the surface of the frame and housing of the station. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning.
