Here is a Lionel 3927 Vintage Postwar Motorized Track Cleaner Car #3927. While it is technically motorized, none of the 3927s wheels are self-propelled and it must be pulled around the track by a locomotive. The motor powers the spinning sponge underneath the unit and the spring-loaded wipers on the rear clean off any remaining residue. Features include a plastic and metal construction, knuckle couplers and metal wheels and axles.
