Here is a Lionel 445/460 Vintage O Gauge Switch Tower & Piggyback Loader Platform [2]. These are plastic construction and have moveable parts.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-5: Good based on visual appearance. There is rust to the metal base of the platform. The loader platform is discolored over most of the plastic. The switch tower is missing the figure that is guided up and down the stairs. The platform doesn’t have the trailers. There are scratches throughout the plastic on both items. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is not included.
