This is a Lionel 6-14079 O Operating North Pole Pylon.
This pylon features a stamped metal tower, detailed molded building, base and tower cab, Santa’s sleigh and reindeer that attach to the metal arm and fly around the tower, interior illumination in the building, and it is powered by a precision can motor. Santa and the reindeer fly 21 1/2 inches above base. The dimensions are 5 3/4 inches x 5 3/4 inches x 14 1/4 inches.
