Here is a Lionel 6-14090 O Gauge Operating Banjo Signal. When activated by the weight of a train passing train over the included 153C track contactor, the red light comes on and the banjo Stop arm starts swinging warning motorists of the oncoming train. It is 7-3/4 inches tall.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. There are light rub marks and scratches on the base of the signal. The instruction manual is not included.
