Here is a Lionel 6-18209 O Gauge Canadian Pacific SD40 Dummy Diesel Locomotive #8209.
It was manufactured in 1992 and made to compliment the 11710 CP Rail Limited edition set from 1989.
This locomotive features a durable plastic shell with diecast metal trucks, dual operating headlights, snow plow, illuminated number boards, operating knuckle couplers, metal wheels & axles, and attractive decoration. Operates on O-31 or greater curves

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. The truck sides show light signs of rub marks and some minute paint chips. Plow piece is included in the box for attachment. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down.
