This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. The front, rear, and side rails are slightly bent. This locomotive shows scratches and paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down. The instruction manual is not included.
