This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. The box is missing some inner liners. There is a deep scratch in the top of the boxcar and a couple deep gouges. The wheels show average run-time. This item shows signs of previous use and storage. This item has scratches, scuffs, marks and paint loss throughout. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down. The instruction manual is not included.
