This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. There are spots of paint bubbling on the cat walks. Additionally, there are spots of paint chipping/cracking on the drive wheels that are visible when up close. The surface of the tender shows small spots of paint bubbling on the sides.
