Here is a Lionel 6-51008 O Gauge Burlington Pioneer Zephyr Passenger Set with TMCC. With its fluted stainless-steel sides, the Pioneer Zephyr ushered in the streamlined age. After its debut in 1934, the articulated train became the showpiece of the Chicago, Burlington & Quincy Railroad. On its runs across the Western plains, the Silver Streak often approached 80 miles per hour. Recently refurbished, the Pioneer Zephyr now resides at the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago. The all-new Lionel model of this Zephyr includes the complete three-car train set. This scale-sized O gauge streamliner is crafted almost entirely of diecast metal with interior detailing inside each car. Customized RailSounds effects even capture the unique rumbling of the 600 horsepower Winton diesel engine. Includes a Locomotive/RPO, baggage/coach car, and observation car.
