This is the LCCA East St. Louis convention car. It is a Frisco flatcar, a non-powered yellow MKT speeder, and a powered red Texas Special speeder. The flatcar includes 4 tie-down chains to hold the speeders in place and also features diecast metal sprung trucks, diecast metal operating knuckle couplers, and metal wheels and axles. The powered Speeder features a motor, lights, reverse switch, and metal wheels.
