Both units feature Illuminated number plates, diecast F3 trucks, and operating knuckle couplers diecast metal chassis. The powered unit features Dual Pullmor Motors, eight wheel drive, Magnatraction, and three position E unit.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. There is some rust and discoloration on the rear end of the 8260 locomotive. This item shows signs of previous use and storage. There are light nicks and scratches on the surface of the shell and chassis. The wheels show average run-time.
