Here is a Lionel 6-9219 O Gauge Missouri Pacific Operating Boxcar from 1983. The car is activated by placing it over the center of an uncoupler track section and pressing the uncouple button which pulls down the plunger under the center of the car. That causes the door to slide open and the figure pops out. This car features sliding doors, diecast metal sprung trucks, diecast metal operating knuckle couplers, and metal wheels and axles.
