This is a Lionel 6-9598 O Gauge New York Central “Manhattan Island” Observation Car from 1983-84. It features an aluminum body, an illuminated interior with passenger silhouetted windows, diecast trucks with operating metal couplers and measures 15 inches long.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. There are light rub marks and heavy scratches on the surface of the shell and chassis.
