This is a Lionel 624 Vintage O Gauge Chesapeake & Ohio NW-2 Powered Diesel Locomotive from 1952-54. This diesel locomotive features a diecast frame, plastic shell, decorative bell, motor, 3-position forward-neutral-reverse-unit, an operating headlight, operating metal knuckle couplers, and metal wheels.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-5: Good based on visual appearance. There is heavy nicks and scratches all over the shell and chassis. The shell and chassis have significant paint loss as well. The shell is loose and detaches easily on the frontside. The road name on both sides of the shell are heavily scratched off. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a thorough cleaning. The item was tested, the illumination functioned but the motor did not. The instruction manual is not included.
