Description

Here is a powered Lionel 675 Vintage O 2-6-2 K-4 Pacific Diecast Steam Locomotive & 2466WX Tender. This locomotive features a diecast boiler shell, a three position forward-neutral-reverse remote control E-unit, operating puffing smoke, an operating headlight, an aluminum smokestack, Baldwin disc drive wheels, diecast trailing truck and an ornamental bell. A matching 2466WX Lionel Lines whistle tender is included featuring diecast trucks, a coil knuckle coupler, whistle and metal wheels.

Brought onto the scene in the late 19th century and continuing use into the early 20th century, the 2-6-2 was a durable little model with some even surviving through the first World War seeing continued use in smaller capacities. These models were used for a variety of purposes from hauling coal loads to pulling smaller passenger cars. The North American model soon became known as the “Prairie” model and would quickly become a favorite in rail-yards around the world!

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-5: Good based on visual appearance. There are many nicks and scratches on the surface of the shell and chassis of both items. The front of the locomotive is missing its road name on the nose. The tender is having heavy paint loss on the roof of the shell. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The instruction manual is not included. The original boxes are not included.
